homecoming!

Yesterday was homecoming! Since monday, we have had spirit days every day.

Monday - western Toy Story day
Tuesday- Star wars day
Wednesday-Pirate day
Thursday- Disney character day
Friday- Blue and White day (:

Our theme for floats this year was "A Night at the Movies".
The Freshman float's theme was jaws.
I went to float building Wednesday.
Our float turned out pretty bad. I would be suprised if we didn't get 4th place.

The homecoming T-Shirts, that were $10, were really cute. On the front it was a big scene marker, that says something like Marysville Homecoming presents, a night at the movies. The shirts had your class on the back. Each class was a different color font.

Freshman- pink
Sophomores- yellow
Juniors- green
Seniors- orange

The pep assembly was pretty lame, like normal. Its only like 20 minutes long, or less. I went home with Madison, then got slurpies. We went to Jessica's, and got ready. We were all decked out! Sparkles everywhere!


We went to the homecoming game. It was really fun. We played Warren Lincoln, and won. Emily Kiger and Nate Bowen won King and Queen. After the game, me and Maison walked to the highschool for the Homecoming dance. It was a crazy dance. WAYYYY different than middle school dances. It was held in the commons of the school. A lot of people were there. It was extremely hot. We took a bunch of cute pictures. (: It got over around 12am

But anyways, Homecoming was a blast :D

School!

Reed and Blaire have been gone about a month. Since then, I have started school in the brand new Marysville High School. It is pretty big. I love being able to say "meet me in the commons" haha. That's the main part of the school, and the cafeteria. I pretty much like all my classes. I have been doing great at keeping up with homework, tests, and volleyball. We are officially 1-0 for the season. We played Dakota yesterday. I did great as libero (: I am so happy that I did good on my Spanish alphabet card quiz. Got them all in 20 seconds. Go Gabriella!(: I have a tournament in Rochester this weekend. So wish me luck.

volleyball!

I made JV for volleyball. That was a while ago though. Oh well (: Reed is now in Germany, and Blaire is at college. I have had practice everyday, from 4:30 to about 6. It is pretty easy. The middle school gym (not the new one) is super hot! So I sweat (: Tomorrow, the Marysville Volleyball Program has a bottle drive! Hopefully we raise a bunch of money! That is normally the biggest fundraiser. Also tomorrow, at 6, is Kati's birthday bonfire! I am excited for that. It will be really fun.


That is really all that has been going on lately.

Volleyball Tryouts!

I had volleyball tryouts today, and I have them again tomorrow. I did well today(we did setting and attacking), and I will hopefully do well tomorrow(passing and serving). I am hoping for JV or Varsity. Wish me luck (:

The only reason i'm here.

Me starting this blog isn't as much to tell about my life stories and problems, but more to follow the people in my life that actually have blogs. My older brother Reed, who is almost 16, is leaving this summer to go to Germany for his junior year as an exchange student. Following his blog is one of the ways I can see what he is doing. I am pretty sure that only two people will be following this blog, my Aunt Kelly, and my brother Reed. Have fun reading the boring things I post (:
